Mutt Madness is a 6-round community voting competition to find Annapolis' favorite dog. Entering supports the SPCA of Anne Arundel County. Voting starts in early March. There are only 64 spots so once they're gone, they're gone.
You'll be sent a form to submit a photo of your dog after your purchase.
